A curriculum offered to 5th-grade students, the WaterLinks program taught the relationship between urban waterways and the importance to our ocean ecosystem. The program further provides students with an understanding of their watershed and that water is the link that flows to the ocean. Educating our future youth on the importance of water conservation, water pollution, recycling, and environmental stewardship is what this program promotes.
