We work with other professionals, including financial planners and tax advisors, to structure an estate plan that carries out your wishes. We start with a questionnaire to allow us to gather basic information from you, such as contact information, family information and a list of assets to be included in your estate plan. Once this information has been gathered, we will meet with you to discuss which estate planning tool is best for you. We can explain how a Last Will and Testament works. We can also review options such as a revocable or irrevocable trust.
