1/8 BEEF
1/8th beef runs for $575. A 1/8th will weigh around 50–55 pounds and includes Livestock, processing, dry aging, and vacuum sealing. After purchase, we will process your order as a standard cut (Please upgrade to a half beef to select your own cuts). Once your order is complete (processing may take 2–8 weeks depending on the volume of orders) we will contact you when your order is ready. When you arrive at your selected location, your order will be boxed and ready for transport.
