Wills

A will is a legal document that outlines an individual's wishes for the distribution of their assets and property after they pass away. It can also include instructions on funeral arrangements, guardianship of minor children, and any other matters that the individual wishes to address. A will must be signed by two witnesses in order to be legally binding. In some jurisdictions, a notary public may also need to sign the document. Once signed, a will should be stored in a safe place and updated as necessary throughout one's lifetime.
