Goodwill aims to create a more diverse workforce by providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Employment Training Specialists (ETSs) work closely with local businesses to find suitable job opportunities for participants in the community. Through this program, individuals develop essential job skills and are guided in various aspects of employment, ensuring they meet the businesses' needs and job duties satisfactorily. The goal is to empower these individuals, fostering a sense of purpose and dignity through work.
