• Corn Whiskey Sour: A refreshing concoction of Corn Whiskey, sour, strawberry puree, and black cherry.
• Jacob’s Maple Old Fashioned: A classic with a twist, featuring Jacob’s Maple Syrup Barrel Rye Whiskey, bitters, sugar, orange, and black cherry.

• Eau-de-vie-Vin: An unaged brandy distilled from Chardonel and Seyval wines.
• Corn Whiskey: A 100% corn mash bill, aged six months in Missouri White Oak barrels.
• Hallelujah White Whiskey: Our Bourbon mash bill, aged two months in Missouri White Oak barrels.
• Sharpshooter Rye: A cask-strength, high rye whiskey, aged five years and bottled directly from its barrel.
• Jacob’s Maple Syrup Barrel Rye: High rye, aged over four years in Missouri White Oak barrels, finished in maple syrup barrels.
