Controlled Growing System

Utilizing our advanced high-density orchard, we implement a meticulous approach to cultivation. Here, we employ a wire and post trellis system to grow a variety of dwarf cultivars. Upon planting, each limb is carefully bent and trained onto individual wires, optimizing energy allocation towards fruit production rather than vegetative growth. This method not only ensures the trees can support the weight of commercial-grade fruit but also maximizes growing efficiency throughout each harvest season. The bountiful harvest from this orchard is made available at wholesale to various area retailers, schools, and restaurants, as well as directly at our farm market during the season.
