The Domestic Abuse Council provides support in filing Injunctions for Protection against various forms of abuse including Intimate Partner Abuse, Sexual Violence, Stalking, and Dating Violence. Qualified survivors can receive assistance from attorneys who will file the petition, represent them in court, and handle any subsequent violations or modifications of the Injunction. Survivors can access this program by calling the 24-hour hotline at 386-255-2102.
