The NORCOR Youth Care Center provides intensive short-term treatment for youth pending placement with the Oregon Youth Authority or at risk of such placement. Through individually tailored programs developed in collaboration with supervising agencies, NORCOR, youth, and families, participants receive specialized care addressing their unique needs. Admittance into the program is contingent upon specific criteria, ensuring a targeted approach to rehabilitation and positive youth development.
