Our dedicated SCT drivers or escorts are committed to assisting passengers from the door of their pick-up point to the SCT vehicle and from the vehicle to the door of their destination. It's important to note that while our drivers prioritize safety and assistance, they are unable to enter a client's residence or apartment building beyond the first outer door or ground floor lobby, and personal services cannot be performed. Rest assured, door-to-door service is provided as long as conditions permit safe execution, ensuring a reliable and comfortable journey for all passengers.
