Each band leader, band member, or masquerader registers individually online with the carnival organization, receiving a unique registration number. The Carnival Band Leader then records this number with the Carnival Office upon the participant's inclusion in their band. Once registered, neither the Band Leader nor the masquerader incurs any further financial obligation to the carnival office, as any additional expenses are managed directly between them.
