The Women’s Leadership Conference has made a lasting impact on the Las Vegas community through its philanthropic efforts. Initially, proceeds supported the nonprofit foundations of various local chambers of commerce, subsidizing student scholarship programs and other charitable initiatives. After the MGM Resorts Foundation assumed sponsorship, the focus shifted to nonprofit organizations serving women and girls in the Las Vegas community. FWLE continues this tradition by donating a portion of WLC proceeds to nonprofits supporting women and girls, while also using funds to support FWLE operations and leadership development programs.
