Prior to starting Full Swing, Caitlin worked for a social impact marketing agency as well as one of the nation's top public affairs firms, where she led communications campaigns for public lands, universal pre-K, net neutrality, and LGBTQ equality. In 2012, she became the first openly queer person elected to the Missoula City Council.
