I have a strong background in working with individuals who seek assistance to restore calm in the body, learn to regulate emotions, understand thoughts, and achieve balance and grounding.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and clinical supervisor in Boise, Idaho. I use a wide range of treatment methods depending on the individual client's needs, however, I primarily provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing(EMDR), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness/self-compassion training.

My mission is to support my clients in their journey of growth. There are a large number of studies researching what makes therapy most effective. Although studies show that some evidence-based therapeutic techniques can be more helpful than others, the overwhelming finding is that therapy is most helpful when you feel understood and supported by your therapist. I'm committed to creating a safe space when providing therapy. Some of the elements I utilize to foster a sense of safety include: Holding an open-minded and nonjudgmental approach, tailoring therapy to your individual needs, and creating space for collaboration and feedback.
