Serving teams across the world, from start-ups of 20 employees to large consulates serving close to a thousand individuals, as a Foreign Service Officer; managing budgets ranging from just under $250,000 per year to $6.8B. Karey Neal challenges people to approach the future with radical candor to reshape their views and paint brighter pictures of what the future can look like.
Karey focuses on breaking stagnant thought cycles by driving innovation through strong team development focused on life-work balance, disrupting the status quo and how “we’ve always done it”. Karey’s academic background boasts a BSBA, BSBW, and MBA; focusing on human social experience, human resources, and organizational development and leadership formation allowing her to be the single expert in wine codependency in her thirties. It also allowed her the opportunity to learn how to build a multitude of tables to meet the Boomers to the Zoomers, while fostering strong diversity, equity, and inclusion disciplines to meet the ever-growing need to reframe and redefine the word community.
