Accountant

Elite CFO Advisory, PLLC is a Las Vegas-based accounting and advisory firm helping small to mid-sized businesses build the financial infrastructure they need to grow with confidence. We work with clients across construction, real estate, trades, hospitality, and professional services. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON: Month-end close and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and reporting, accounts payable and receivable support, process improvement and systems implementation, budgeting and forecasting support, and direct collaboration with business owners and internal teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Strong accounting foundation and attention to detail, QuickBooks Online experience, ability to manage multiple clients and priorities, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Construction, real estate, trades, or multi-entity experience is a plus. POSITION DETAILS: Predominantly remote with flexibility. Las Vegas preference. Strong growth opportunity.
