Schedule: Flexible, 15–20 hours per week (opportunities for additional hours)

Description:

Winterrose Media, a creative video production and 3D animation studio, is seeking a motivated and visionary Producer/Director to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, client relations, and hands-on media creation.

As a representative of Winterrose Media, you'll work closely with the owner and founder, David Winterrose — a Board Member of the DeLand and Greater West Volusia Chamber of Commerce and active contributor to the Business Retention & Expansion Committee and Government Affairs Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach to potential clients (businesses, nonprofits, events, etc.)

• Setting appointments and consultations

• Collaborating in the creative process from ideation to final production

• Participating in or overseeing on-location shoots

• Storyboarding concepts and visual direction

• Maintaining professional communication with clients throughout projects

Requirements:

• Experience with filming, lighting, audio, and editing

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

• Knowledge of storytelling techniques and visual composition

• Reliable transportation and flexible availability

Preferred But Not Required:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

• Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless video production

• Client-facing or sales background

• Portfolio or samples of previous production work
